is mageia 9 abandoned?

i booted up my old disk image of mageia 9 from a year ago and found hardly any updates. has the project been abandoned?

Mageia 9 is alive. Even have kernel 6.18, as backport.
Maybe you use a mirror that is not working correctly?
BTW, you can also try Mageia 10 alpha

and beta is in internal testing and fixing.
