Flatpac has a app called Portal for Teams which is supposedly compatible with ms teams.

And there is this: https://woshub.com/install-microsoft-teams-linux/

This might be a better alternative: https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-install-signal-on-linux

Regarding Signal, it works great as Flatpak on Mageia (although i have not tried it for video).

For some Flatpak applications, it may be useful to read the section Permissions on that page i linked.

As far as I know you need a separate license to use Microsoft Teams Phone (apart from the regular teams license) to be able to actually use teams to make landline phone calls.

There aren't many alternatives that allow calls to landline. IIRC Viber is one of the few that allows this with Viber Out. Check https://www.viber.com/
