Conditional shutdown: shutdown when battery <5% OR /home alm

I am using Mageia 9. I would like to initiate shutdown when any of the following condition is met:

my laptop's battery is < 5 %
my /home partition is almost full
Is there a way to initiate shutdown when any of these condition is met ?!

Easily done by using the Power Management settings (via systemsettings in Plasma). As you didn't say which DE you are using...
