Agena 1.5.1 programming language

Has anyone here installed on Mageia 1 the Agena 1.5.1 programming language? I attempted to install it, but it complained about "an unsatisfied lib readline.so.5" even though the readline library is installed. I added the Perl readline package via MCC, but Agena still refuses to install on my machine. The rpm file I am attempting to install is available from the Sourceforge site.

Mageia contains libreadline6 That package was compiled for libreadline5

I think you will have to compile it from source.
