Startup Error randomly

Hello.

Mageia sometimes hangs on startup.
That is the login screen did not appear.
When I move the mouse a white block Ascii character is moving around.
That appears randomly.

I had this problem with Mag8 too but since a few weeks this happens more often.

What is the first step to look into?
Journald ?

Something else is strange. Sometimes after logging into Mageia (KDE) I get a prompt for Admin PW to unlock one of my
hard drives. This is also more or less randomly. Sometimes it is my Nvme disk sometimes my sata disk. Both are not mounted by default.
I did not had them mounted in the previous session.
