I am running Mageia 9 with GIMP 2.10.34 and some how I have managed to screw up the settings. After deleting Gimp and re-installing it I am still in the same situation. I then deleted the /home/.config/Gimp file and /root/etc/Gimp Folder and tried again with same results. I have attached a screenshot show the layout in which I have lost some of the brush settings. It is the problem with another user. Any help would be appreciated.

I cannot select different brushes or change the size of them the panel on the right hand side no longer shows these options.

What happens when you click on a different brush? Seems to work fine here.

And the size is controlled by the bar directly below the brush selection where it says "spacing" which is the percentage of the brush width as shown on mouseover.
