How to install ibm plex fonts ?

You should be able to install them either via drakfont: https://doc.mageia.org/mcc/8/en/content ... l#drakfont
or using the font manager of the graphical desktop that you're using.

I downloaded the font zip file from the ibm site. Then did unzip and using drakfont imported the fonts. The worked fine.
