Why if i enable online repositoreis during Mageia installation i have more rpms to install even though the i check same packages to install ? I know when i enable online repos, some packages are much never for example firefox, but this isnt rolling release and dependencies should not change so much. With online repos enabled i have several dozen (on icewm) or several hundred (on GNOME) rpms more to install. For example
Installation #1
Source: Core Release (Installer), Nonfree Release (Installer)
Packages: Unselect All + With X + Install recommended packages + With basic documentation + neofetch
Summary: 923 rpms
Installation #2
Source: Core Release (Installer), Nonfree Release (Installer), Core Release, Core Updates, Nonfree Release, Nonfree Updates
Packages: Unselect All + With X + Install recommended packages + With basic documentation + neofetch
Summary: 999 rpms
Same configuration but when online repos are enabled there is 76 more packages installed. If i had chosen desktop environment then it would be several hundred rpms difference. Why ? Different dependecy resolving on never packages ?

Re: Same setup but online media enabled = more rpms to insta

The installation media size is limited, so they do not contain recommended packages.
When using repositories, recommended packages are considered, hence the additional packages.
See e.g. https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Basesystem_Size_Evolution for a size comparison.

Is there a way to afterwards automatically install all packages recommended by all installed packages?

No, sadly not by default. This has been reported ages ago in Mandriva times as bug 36997: suggests should be reconsidered when adding new medias
I've brought this up again as https://ml.mageia.org/l/arc/dev/2021-03/msg00323.html but nobody really showed any interest so far.

As a workaround there's a one-liner in my mail which can be used to install missing suggests for installed packages.
