Hi everyone,

dophin and konqueror do not show the icons for folders...
What I see is merely the name of the folder, with no icon above it, see picture

Any idea where this comes from ?
I have looked in the settings for both file manager, but I can't find a solution.

Thank you
Vincent

Have you already tried to chose another symbolset in systemsettings?

systemsettings5 from the systemsettings package which comes with KDE.

What icon themes do you currently have installed?

Thank you Doktor5000 and Sturmvogel for your help.

systemsettings5 was installed on my system.

I solved the issue by resetting everything to "Defaults" (using the button with the same name) in KDE System Settings

Now both konqueror and dolphin look fine.

I have no clue why it was not the case before...
Best,
Vincent
