Can I use any dc++ client? How does it installing?

When you mean how to install software in Mageia:

* use Mageia Control Centre>Software Management.

Be aware you have Media Sources added, and that you have both filters in "Install and Remove Software" set to "All".

There is no DirectConnect client for Mageia so far.
But there is already a package request for linuxdcpp client: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=554
