NTFS Partition

Hi,

Sometimes system does not give write access to NTFS Partitions.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2 32bit (120.2212.551.0) and Mageia 7

Maybe then windows is not fully shut down, and instead in fast startup mode. The linux system detects that.
