I need to do
xhost +local:root every boot when I want the mcc will start from the icon and app windows have 5-10 seconds of start-up latence despite my nvidia geforce 760 being recognised I'm obliged to use the xorg:nouveau driver to avoid "fatal error".
After many hours today, a lot of reboots and many X crashes I managed to get the system up and I'm trying Xfce today after years of KDE.
I'm sure that an authentication error responsible but what to try? I may be totally wrong
I'm running the 5.4.2 desktop kernel, M7, geforce 760, Xfce
