Hello! I recently tried to install mageia beta 1 and after a very easy and smooth install i eagerly tried to login...and plasma immediately crashes. No matter what i do i cant get it to work right, any ideas?

Try backuping your .kde4 folder and try again :

In a tty you should enter

Code: Select all

mv .kde4 .kde4-backup

and then log again.

Here is a thread in the forum about plasma crashing. It seems that the latest updates fixed it.
