[Closed] Boot Sequence

It is not a great problem but when booting Mageia7 programs like Firefox and Thunderbird are displayed before the desktop wallpaper is shown. Any idea where can I alter the boot sequence would be appreciated.

You should probably mention what desktop environment you're using. Also you can't really alter the "boot sequence" as at that point boot is already complete.

An alternative approach would be to simply start your desktop with an emtpy session so no program like firefox or thunderbird starts automatically.

I'd suggest you simply start with an empty session.
systemsettings5 > startup and shutdown > desktop session > start with empty session.
