gnome from mageia 7, where is an application bar?

I have just installed the Mageia 7.1
I always like gnome, this gnome 3.32 is OK for me but I have noticed there is no 'applications bar'!
You know the bar where are executed applications one next another.
I could use alt+tab of course but when I have 10 applications running it is not comfortable.
So there is a bar with date, menu but not with an applications bar.

How to enable it or install a plug-in for the gnome 3?

For example there was a bar in the gnome 2, see:

Gnome 3 is like this screen, without the applications bar

How to enable it or install a plug-in for the gnome 3?

Gnome 3 is like that for years now.
There is another desktop that is a fork of the older Gnome 2, the Mate desktop. Just look at the screenshots.

It is in the Mageia repos.
