[Solved}]usb3 not working after fresh install

Fresh installed dual boot Mageia 7 and Windows 7 dual monitors 64B UEFI
USB3 recognized and OK by Windows
USB3 not recognized by Mageia 7.
Same USB devices on the same ports are OK booting Windows 7

Would be helpful if you could actually attach the files that you mentioned or post the content here.

I have seen similar problems here but only when I plug USB 3.0 in ports 2.0.
Did you try plugging your USB 3.0 pendrive in a 3.0 port?

Plugged another USB3 device worked OK
Restarted and plugged the 1st device again and it was ok
