No sound on trash emptied - M7 Plasma

Hi
I have a small issue which bugs me (M7 Plasma 64bit): it seems there is no sound when I empty the trash bin on the desktop.
I checked System Settings -> Notifications -> Plasma Workspace and there trash: emptied and I made sure the the sound works there,
but It does not work when I rclick on the Trash bin and empty it.
I deleted the trash icon and put it again on the desktop, I changed the Phonon system to VLC, I checked the permissions on the sound file but nothing fixes it.
Other notification sounds work OK but not the trash can. Anyone has the same issue or resolved it?
