Dolphin toolbar "Create New"

Hi,
I usually customize Dolphin file manager to an insane level and It seems now I can't put "Create New" button on the Dolphin's toolbar.
I can add it from the Toolbar Settings and when I press OK or Apply, the toolbar just blinks and still nothing.
Anyone with the same issue?
I am using Mageia 7, Plasma 64bit.

I can confirm it doesn't work with Create New (other buttons seem to work fine), same system. Additionally, I tried first unlocking the toolbar and then adding the button: it still doesn't appear and the toolbar locks again (that actually happens with any button). No messages on stdout either. I'd open a bug report

ITA84 did you file a bug report already?
BTW, the same issue appears in Fedora 29 Plasma. Perhaps it is a Plasma bug?
