there is so many talks about security, so I wander if there is simple way to encrypt HDD?

What doktor mean is you need to be more specific of what you want. There was a thread about encryption on this forum discussing several methods with pros and cons, maybe you can find it :)

Myself I prefer to during installation select encryption of one large partition, and usefor LVM which gives flexibility and ease to per need grow sizes of partitions inside it ( /, /home, ...) . You need a separate unencrypted /boot partition.
Mandriva since 2006, Mageia 2011 at home & work. Thinkpad T40, T43, T400, T510, Dell M4400, M6300, Acer Aspire 7. Workstation using LVM, LUKS, VirtualBox, BOINC

I have read the thread but I wouldn't say I understood what to do.
Also I haven't noticed option to encrypt disc during instalation

When you create a partition you put a check mark in a box and enter key (and note it down! ;) )
For further info see documentation at https://www.mageia.org/en/doc/ , chapter 11.
When booting the installed system, the system will ask for password for each encrypted partition.
