Why don't you install the missing codecs? Or what is your actual question, apart from the screenshot?

Well, you don't even mention what repos you have enabled, are people supposed to guess that?

i searched for libx264 and libx265 and they are in the tainted repos on my system, which
you dont appear to have enabled.

as is libvo-aacenc0

try those

tainted btw means stuff that may or may not be legal in your country, as those codecs are not open and someone has had to reverse engineer them.

You're missing tainted updates.

And libx264 and libx265 are definitely in the repos, not sure what you are searching for:

Also not sure why you make it that hard for yourself, everything about your issue is covered by Mageia Welcome applet which starts every boot after installation until you click it away.
It helps/suggests to enable nonfree and tainted repos and also suggests to install the task-codec packages which cover nearly everything that most users need.

If you need the encoder you need to install the actual encoder, not libx264 which is only the library.

whether it is used by Kdenlive I do not know.

Problem resolved through MCC
I went to MCC>Software management> configure media sources > file > update > select all > update
still on MCC went to update your system
30 or so codecs & such updated
Kdenlive encodes to mp4

Thanks for the help
