Extracting archives on the desktop
Posted: Jan 18th, '18, 12:01On Plasma 5 under Mageia 6, a right-click on an archive file (say, archive.zip) in Dolphin opens a context menu containing the command to extract files. This is the case for all locations, including /home/user/Desktop.
However, on the desktop itself (which is configured to show the contents of /home/user/Desktop), that entry is missing from the context menu.
This is inconvenient, at least for my workflow. Can the entries in the context menu for items on the desktop be configured?
