Error with Mageia 5.1 installation

Hey, so first things first, this is the first time EVER that I'm installing Mageia. I have used ubuntu before but I don't really know much.

Now, here's my issue. I'm installing mageia on my laptop which had Windows10 & Remix OS installed before. During installation I chose the "Erase and Use entire disk" option but got an error. Then I tried doing custom partition and still got the same error.
The error is:
mounting partition UUID=F693-0385 in directory /mnt/boot/EFI failed

No matter how I try it this is the exact same word by word, any help? :|

Hi there, what Mageia flavour did you download? And how did you write it to either CD/DVD or an USB drive, using what tool?

Also, during the install it will help if you could switch to console 2 (by pressing "Ctrl-Alt-F2") during installation, plug in another USB key/stick and type
Code: Select all
bug
then press Enter. This should put a file report.bug on the USB key/stick. Please attach that file here.
