For some reason the binaries of Wine 2 are no more available, although the WineHQ page of Mageia still is there, you can see in this link that there is no more a folder for Mageia. How do I securely install Wine 2 in my system? I am using Mageia 5.1 64 bits.

According to WineHQ (link), they temporarely discontinued M5 for reasons mentioned in the link.
Perhaps you may try to get wine 2.0 from Cauldron (M6) and try (and pray its compatible) to build it yourself
