Dear All,

I would like to install Linux on a Notebook ASUS Eeebook X206HA-FD0018TS (11.6", Intel Atom, 2 Go de RAM, SSD 32 Go,delivered with Windows 10)

Is Mageia a good choice ?

Has anybody here experience with such a combination ?

Thank you !
Vincent

Vincent, I don't know that laptop, but I have an Asus X205TA. I'm guessing yours also has a 32bit UEFI, you'll need to find that out.

If so, then it's not simple to install, no. Benmc has been playing around with 32bit Uefi, but I can't get it to boot on my machine. Support for these cheap intel cpu's is a real problem.

Check out http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2254322&page=106 for the hassle they've had getting it up and running, still no sound though.
