Adding other repositories

I want to add repository of Insync app, that is syncing Google drive with PC. The procedure is described here
https://www.insynchq.com/downloads

Than choose "Linux" and "Repositories". The procedure described there is dedicated for YUM based systems. Insync dedicated for Fedora 17, works pretty well with M5. Of course I can install YUM on M5, but how I have to change the procedure described there, for proper work with URPMI and M5 repository database?
Linux is like wigwam. No Windows, no Gates but Apache inside

WARNING ! The administrator has the right to refuse to install WINDOWS, invoking the conscience clause

You can't use a yum repository with urpmi, same way as you can't use an apt/debian repository with e.g. yum.
You could only try to use it with yum, did you at least try that yet, what errors did you get?
