[SOLVED] Mageia 5 not loading

on my desktop:
"kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
is it something with memory or Mageia?

Not related to memory and not really related to Mageia, but to your disk - the bootloader/initrd cannot load your root partition.

What entry did you select in Mageia bootloader, and can you select any older kernel?

ok, I shut down using power button and it loaded correctly. So it looks like I have bought desktop with defected HDD.

By the way during loading periodically appears "can't evaluate CRS_012311" what does that mean?

In what context exactly? By itself it is only an info message and can be ignored.
