At the end of the test, I try to install DrWeb antivirus for linux.
I run the installation from the folder "tmp", the installation proceeds normally.

After reboot, the application generates an error x109.

So the SpIDerGuard module is "interfere" in its operation by the firewall configuration.

Under OpenSuse, you must change the value "FW_LO_NOTRACK =" "" found in the file:

/ etc / sysconfig / SuSEfirewall2

I seek an equivalence of Shorewall parameter setting, because without it, disabling the firewall is necessary.

Can you help me find an equivalent configuration?

So this should be either set to FW_LO_NOTRACK="no" or the firewall should be disabled according to the instructions. As we don't have SuSEfirewall2 you could try temporarily to disable shorewall for testing purposes.
The latter can be done as root via

shorewall clear

Alternative might be to directly write iptables rules for all queues, and set NOTRACK for loopback input/ouput. That is IIUC what FW_LO_NOTRACK="no" is intended for.
But you should probably also ask DrWeb support staff about this.

Indeed, when Shorewall is disabled, the Spidergate service works properly.
But personally disabled the firewall, is clearly not a solution, especially for a "laptop" computer.

I use just Spidergate, as a "parental control" with these configurable filters. This is not really its original function, but it is very effective.

No, I really meant asking them, not just reading their support page - send them a mail and ask.
Just tell them you don't have SUSE so you can't use their instructions, but you have any other linux which has shorewall/iptables - maybe they add a section that contains a more generic fix not only for SUSE.
