Strange infos from MCC

Postby mackowiakp » Nov 9th, '15, 09:26

I connected new USB HDD to my home server (brand new M5 installation). It is 2 TB Seagate HDD, 1,8 TB after format. The new partition occupies whole disk and it was created and formatted using MCC. After creating partition, MCC added to fstab appropriate entry to mount this hdd/partition automatically during boot.
After reboot, I look via MCC to new created partition. And it shows that partition size is 232 GB (see attached MCC.png picture). So I used GParted instead. GParted shows correcltly, 1,8TB partition size (see attached GParted.png picture).

This is output from df -a:

Code: Select all
.....
.....
/dev/sdb1       1,8T 1020G  721G  59% /home/media/disk-1
.....
.....

Everything seams to work OK but MCC show incorrectly. Is it any dangerous situation for my server work?
