Just bought a "HP Color LaserJet MFP m277dw" that is suported by HPLIP.
The version though have to be the latest HPLIP version (recommemded), or at least HPLIP 3.15.4.

The version in the repo is 3.13.9
How can I get/install the latest version (3.15.7)

Please see https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15266 and for 3.15.7 https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16498

You would need to enable the core_updates_testing repository and install hplip from there.
If you have further question, don't hesitate to ask.

I tried the above sugestion to install hplip from the core_updates_testing repository, but it didn't work.

I ended up installing the tarball from the hplip website using this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=24&t=8619&p=52482&hilit=install+hplip#p52482

First I tried with the latest hplip-3.15.7, but then it couldn't install the plugin.
Then I went for the hplip-3.15.6 version, and bingo!
