YouTube videos, Aug 24, now require an Adobe Flash Player upgrade to 10.3.183.5. Several options are listed for installation. Which one do I selected for Firefox 4.0.1 on Mageia?
YUM for Linux, .tar.gz for other Linux, .rpm for other Linux OR APT for Ubuntu 10>4+

You should submit this as an update request to Bugzilla:
https://bugs.mageia.org/enter_bug.cgi?p ... mat=guidedIf you want to download it right now, uninstall the previous flash-player-plugin and take the RPM.

Hello
Mageia has the correct version of flashplayer (10.3.183.5-nonfree) and I don't have any problem with Firefox6 and flashplayer. Maybe the problem is in firefox and the plugin.
This is just my opinion

Thanks, so far. I installed Firefox 6 according to the Firefox instructions: tar.bz2 file
I can start Firefox 6 in a terminal in the Firefox folder ~/firefox/firefox
How do I create an icon to run this version. If I click on the Firefox listed in Applications, I get the old version Firefox 4.0.1
I have so far tired to place an icon on the desktop, but I do not know how. How do I set up a launcher?

Please, only one problem per thread, and you also need to provide sufficient information for supporters.
For example, which desktop environment you use.
