FWIW any application can be started in english using e.g. in a terminal for firefox:

export LC_ALL=C; firefox

Makes it much easier when sharing screenshots.
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!

You still have to fill in the reference to the libbeidpkcs in that dialogue in the box "Modulenaam", click on "Bladeren" (Browse) to select it from /usr/lib64
