Plasma desktop: icons

Hello!
There is a problem with the Plasma desktop: icons are randomly scattered across the desktop.
The desktop settings are set to "icons/arrange/top to bottom". After manually placing icons on the desktop, after 2...4 reboots/logins, the icons scatter across the desktop again.
The only thing that helps is turning on the “icons / arrange / left to right” setting.
Changing the desktop theme to "Oxygen" has no effect. There was no such problem in Mageia 7.
PS: Mageia 9. Video card - built-in Intel i7-7500U CPU 2.70GHz.
