Widewine for firefox

Hello,

I wat=nted to play so drm content on my firefox packaged by mageia, and some plugin were missing.
When I installed the original firefox, it was working our of the shelf.

The difference is the widewine plugin, not included in mageia version.

Do you know how to install it on firefox by mageia ?

Do you have the setting in Firefox enabled? It will automaticaly download the plugin when needed.

Go to

Code: Select all

about:preferences#general

and tick the box for DRM content.

Hi,

thank you for the tip.
I'll check this evening, but on my work laptop widewine was downloaded. I'll see if the website I'm trying to open works well.
