xpenguins is back.

I decided to have another try at compiling xpenguins. The release in the repos is based on xpenguins-2.2, which became obsolete many years ago, and won't compile. The release number has been bumped up at each mass rebuild.

I went looking for the old Home Page at http://seul.org, only to discover that xpenguins has been brought back to life for the modern age. There is a new version, xpenguins-3.2.1 on SourceForge, with a pretty setup GUI. I downloaded it and needed only one extra dependency, gtk+-3.0-devel to run. It ran as before on first try. A file "dependencies" is included in the archive, as well as a spec.in file. I could probably substitute the new archive in the current SRPM, but I am not qualified to put it in the repo. Whoever is handling the existing version should have little trouble. The address at SourceForge is: https://sourceforge.net/projects/xpenguins/

Well, that would be the pretty busy and infamous "nobody": http://pkgsubmit.mageia.org/data/maintdb.txt

You should probably open a bugreport as an update request to make interested packagers aware.

Thanks, Doktor. One thing I have noticed so far: the little seraphs when a penguin dies have a menu item, but seem to work only when they are killed by dumping a window on them, not when they hit the ground and die.
