As the matter says, when I turn off the computer only the system turns off, also waiting the 60 seconds graphically.

What in particular do you trigger for the system to turn off ? Do you push the power button briefly, or ... ?
Apart from that, neither your dmesg nor journalctl commands will be helpful as they only apply for the current boot, and you don't mention when you ran those related to the shutdown, and you only checked for errors.

From the journalctl -b -1 logs, shutdown seems to be complete from the systemd perspective, until the journal stops:

Seems to be more of some kind of ACPI issue with your mainboard / BIOS. Although you don't mention any details about your box.

Sorry, but that's the completely wrong approach. Your system turning off is initiated via ACPI, which you completely disabled. Once you remove acpi=off, your system will probably turn off again.

Yes, I know the theory is like this about ACPI, now; I deactivate acpi = off but I get a cascade of PCIEPORT and PCIE_DBUS errors on the entire screen both at startup, after boot and shutdown and it also never shuts down, or it will do so in too many minutes. Add PCIEPORT=OFF and improve but not much.
Ahh .. it also does not allow me to enter any tty, both in login, and already in the session started with the desktop working fully.

How do I proceed with this problem?
