[SOLVED] odoo how too

i have installed odoo and after i have start the server i have try to access it by http://127.0.0.1:8069/
with this result :

ok solved:
#1 i have installed pgAdmin
#2 crate a db user odoo with privileges for creating db (like indicated in /etc/odoo/odoo.conf)

and work
