i am looking for package (not browser adds-on ) like hotspotshield or cyberghost for mageia , is there any ?

You're missing the actual reason, for what purpose do you require those programs?

the problem is flash player ie adobe.com is blocked in my country , and i have read the repository does not contain the flash player it self it just download it from the main website.

Well, then you probably need to use some free proxy to download the flash plugin. You can configure a proxy for software management as shown in the documentation, at the very bottom at http://doc.mageia.org/mcc/5/en/content/ ... tml#d4e274

Alternate way would be to simply install google chrome, which itself brings a newer version of flash player plugin. Installation of chrome is described in our MAQeia: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=2053
You can also use that newer flash plugin in firefox if you install freshplayerplugin, see our MAQeia for flash player plugin: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=880

Hello doktor5000 , how r you?
i tried to use proxy but it didn't work in spite of my ip address appears in a different country, then i read the post about setting proxy , i didn't find any squid in MCC, i installed all packaged related to squid still no window appears refering to squid
what is wrong exactly ?
and when i log to proxy section i find the following (2nd pic)

Nobody mentioned installing squid, you shall configure system to use a proxy, not to configure your own proxy as that won't help you.

How did you try to use a proxy?

by accident i found the right place to put the proxy , it is not in the network settings , it is in the configuring media > options>proxy

By accident? Sorry, but if you ask and then don't read the replies or the documentation provided to you, that's your problem...
