I apologise if a topic similar as this has already been opened, if so please point me to it... I was wondering if linux require cleaning up, if there is, could anyone tell me what tools we need to use or what command we neet in the terminal

You don't need to apologise nothing we don't eat nobody here. :) What you wan't to clean ? there is few softwares like bleachbit or kde sweeper.
To use bleachbit i recommend to read it's documentions first as it can do harm things to system.
