TLP installation procedure?

Postby curtvaughan » Aug 20th, '15, 16:28

Is there a way to install TLP on Mageia? I just installed Mageia 5 on one of my laptops and would like to get the TLP power management tool to run in the background. I can find ways to do this in Ubuntu, Mint, Debian, Fedora, Arch, and Suse, but no reference for Mageia/Mandriva. Thanks!

You may be able to use the fedora or suse packages, but tlp as such is not in the repos.

Maybe try this one:
tlp-0.8-1.mga5.noarch.rpm
(55.88 KiB) Downloaded 243 times

There also seems to be a user interface available: https://github.com/linrunner/TLPUI
