[Solved] Magiea 5 upgrade from 4

I installed Mageia 3 on a new machine with no OS. Then upgraded to Mageia 4 with no problem. I am now trying to upgrade to Mageia 5 with the new Mageai 5 dvd iso.
I select upgrade from Mageia 4, then select Language then accept licence.
The screen then says. An error occurred
You must have an ESP FAT32 partition mounted in /boot/EFI

I click the OK button and nothing happens!
The computer has hung and I can only turn off the power!

I would be grateful for any suggestions how I can proceed with the upgrade to Magiea5.

Your system boots in UEFI mode. As Mageia 5 is the first to fully support UEFI, now this error shows up.

So you might need to disable UEFI mode and tell your system to boot in legacy / BIOS mode. Often called CSM in UEFI.

Thank for your help. It worked.
However towards the end of the installation

Installing time remaining 50sec I got the following message,

1 installation transaction failed
installation of packages failed.

System-config-printer-libs=1.4.3-1.2.mga4 is needed by (installed) system-config-printer-1.4.3-1.2mga4x86-64

System-config-printer-udev=1.4.3-1.2.mga4 is needed by (installed) system-config-printer-1.4.3-1.2mga4x86-64

I click OK
An error occurred. Installation failed.
I click OK
Media selection. Do you have further supplemental media.
I click NO
and it goes round the loop again.
I am unable to get the network up to go to alternative mirrors.
I installed an Epson XP-415 driver from an .rpm and this is the only non mageia software installed.

As the installation is virtually complete how do I get out of the loop without causing damage.
