A direct upgrade from Mageia 2 to 4 is not supported.
The best way would be a fresh installation of Mageia 4 and then copy your /home back (you need to backup it first )

Hello,

You can't upgrade from 2 to 4, skipping 3. More over, upgrade from 2 to 3 need a special action. See

If you see a message which contain "rpmlib(X-CheckUnifiedSystemdir)", it means you didn't carefully follow the instructions, as the /usr move is not complete.

Apart from that, would be helpful if you would use a more meaningful subject next time, as this is not at all about Mageia installation.
