If you don't file a Mageia bug report and ask if it's possible to backport this (and also the related https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314859 ) to Mageia 4, you'll get it with KDE 4.13.1 / kdebase4-workspace-4.11.9, so probably with Mageia 5.
