[SOLVED]Problem Installing webmin

Postby mbramble » Apr 23rd, '14, 14:49

New install of Mageia 4 and have updated the system.
Tried to install webmin via the MCC. When I select it, I get the following:

Sorry, the following package cannot be selected:
- webmin-1.680-1.mga4.noarch (due to unsatisfied perl-CGI)

So I search for perl-CGI and find perl-CGI-Application and select it for install. Get the following:

Sorry, the following package cannot be selected:
- perl-CGI-Application-4.500.0-3.1.mga4.noarch (due to unsatisfied perl(HTML::Template))

Where do I go from here?? Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

Did you configure your software sources already? Please show the output of
Code: Select all
urpmq --list-media active
and have a look at https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Software_man ... ia_sources on how to add a full set of sources.

Used the linked instructions to make sure I had a full set of sources. Evidently I didn't since the install comes off without a hith now.

Thanks,
Mike
