Default Application (e.g., .txt) SOLVED

Postby klwilcoxon » Apr 10th, '14, 03:17

This is a windows user question for Mageia. Is there a place I can set the default application to open a particular file format? Right now LibreOffice opens .txt files when I click on them. I want them to open in KWrite.

Thanks

Hello,

You can also:
- Right click on the file name (in the file manager)
- open with / Other...
- In the pop up window, Tool / Kwrite and check the last box (Remember the association...)
- OK
