upgrade from mageia 3 to 4 failed

Hi there,
I tried to upgrade from mageia-3 to mageia-4 by replacing the media of mageia-3 through the media of mageia-4 and the instrucion:
urpmi --replacefiles --auto-update --auto.
The uppgrade failed with the message: rpmlib is missing.
rpmlib is a very complicated lib file and I don't know how to tackle.
