[SOLVED] Add to panel option missing

Postby amaro » Mar 25th, '14, 12:02

HI guys!

I am using Mageia 3 and have two panels - a defalut one on top and empty one on the left. Recently I noticed that the one on the left where I usually put icons for a quick launch with right click in the Application Launcher Menu and Add to panel doesn't have the Add to panel option. I installed new Application Launcher Menu and the Add to panel option is there. So far, so good, but after a restart it is missing again. What could be the issue?

Thanks!

KDE.
I tried today to replace the empty panel with default one and to add the icons for the quick launch and it worked in exactly the same way - when I add new Application Launcher Menu the option is there and after a restart it is missing again.

P.S. I have only Add to favourites and Uninstall options.

You have to 'unlock widgets' first. thereafter 'add to panel' appears in kontextmenu ;)
for windows problems reboot; for linux problems be root
