I have Mageia 3 64bit kde4 installed from the live DVD.
In RPM drake it says there are orphaned packages and i might like to delete them.
Is it important ?
How do i do it?

No it's not important. See https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Removing_packages for a detailed explanation, but unless you are running very low on disk space, the take-home message is to leave well alone.
