Disappearing icons...

Hi!

I downloaded and installed Mageia 3 today and, so far, am very pleased with it. I am using the LXDE desktop, although I have downloaded several Gnome and KDE centric applications.

However, I have one wee problem. I wanted to rearrange the three icons on the Desktop - Join Mageia, Home, and Trash - but only succeeded in losing them completely. I firstly moved Home nearer the centre of the screen, just as an experiment, but when I went to reposition it to the left I must have gone too far as it disappeared. The same thing happened with the other two, to.

So the wuestions is. How do I get those three icons to display on the Desktop and, when I do so, is it possible to locate them as I weish and then lock them in that position?
