Suggestion for Craigslist

Hi, I do a lot of posting and searching on Craigslist. Is their any package that can make is easier. I've seen only two; Craigslist Live through Yahoo Downloads and Craigslist Fusion through Softpedia. I didn't want to install them without peoples inputs.
