Which installation medium did you use to install in the first place? Also, from the linked post, what did you actually try and with what result?

I think was live cd KDE english-only...

Installed locale-es from MCC and NADA: kde do not show language on systemsettings...

For the live mediums it is a bit of a problem, due to how they are created (fixed set of languages) and also a problem of the installer: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_2_Err ... .2Flocales

Have you tried to use localedrake? Alternatively, please show the output of

Okay, what about the other question about localedrake? (You can run it from MCC -> System -> Manage localization for your system)

And i suppose you want your KDE to be in spanish?
